Erin Caple is a Technical Assistance Manager with CCHA & the envision team, based in Delaware. She brings over a decade of experience supporting community health efforts at the local, regional, and national levels.

Erin’s work focuses on Community Health Worker leadership development, strengthening CHW roles within organizations, and uplifting CHW voice across systems. She leads and contributes to national technical assistance efforts, designs and facilitates trainings, speaks at conferences and convenings, and supports organizations as they work to build strong, sustainable CHW infrastructure.

She brings a strong boots-on-the-ground perspective to her work, shaped by direct experience in community outreach, resource navigation, and relationship-based engagement across diverse communities. Erin is deeply committed to advancing health equity by centering lived experience, elevating CHW leadership, and translating real-world practice into practical tools that can be used on the ground.
