Kayla D. Hill, MHA, CCHW is a health administrator with nearly 10 years of experience at the local, state, & national level. She is a published researcher, experienced conference speaker, and skillful facilitator who believes trust & relationship building are foundational to her work. She is passionate about utilizing process improvement methodologies to implement sustainable strategies that improve health outcomes for all. 

A Certified Community Health Worker since 2023, Kayla has trained 300+ Community Health Workers across the nation. As a member of the South Carolina Community Health Worker Association and the Southeast Community Health Worker Network, she is committed to promoting Community Health Workers’ public health expertise and creating space for collaborative action planning across sectors. 

Kayla is a native of rural South Carolina & graduated from Wofford College in 2017 with two Bachelor of Arts in Sociology & Spanish. In 2019, she graduated from the Gillings School of Global Public Health, at UNC Chapel Hill, with a Master of Healthcare Administration.
