*There have been 2 cohorts thus far that leadership is using to inform future program design. Leadership believes there is essential role-playing and student interactions that are necessary for the best quality learning and hopes to prioritize keeping some in-person components. However, leadership also acknowledges constraints on travel time and cost.

**Compensation depends on the organization applicants work for. Government employees are often paid, while "CBOs" and apprentices are often not paid.
