Writing CHW job descriptions. Identifying internal stakeholders and champions. Educating teams about CHWs, Setting CHW priorities, Developing workflow and support tools.

3. PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION
Hiring, training, and onboarding CHWs, Integrating CHWs into teams, Revising workflows, Referral processes (making and closing referrals).
